The objects and purposes shall be:

To unite into an organization representatives… of photographers, artists and affiliate professionals…to achieve guidelines in the relationship between Representatives and their Talent, and between the Talent and their clients; to encourage high standards in the business conduct of all persons acting as such Representatives; to collect, compile and distribute among its members information concerning the marketing and sale of the Talents’ work, the standing of Talents’ clients and any other matters pertaining to the improvement of the business of the members.
